Re: Open Theism - Is it Scriptural?Reply

With the visual of the overweight man in Sansabelt slacks dancing in my head I would like to respond to your questions. In response to what John saw in his vision, if he did not see the future, God's future, then the rest of the Bible you and I preach from becomes questionable as well. Further, it seems to me that God becomes somewhat of a lesser God if He does not know the journey of my life much less the outcome of the world He created. Stretching the Bible would have to take place in order to prove that God does not know the future. To prove it is a much simpler prospect: read from Genesis 1:1 to Rev. 22:21. "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last..," (Rev. 1:11).
