The Breakfast Club . . . Judgment/Stereotypes
By: Jason Cruise

breakfastThe Breakfast Club is an all time classic, especially for us Gen X'ers!!! The movie is filled with imagery of the perfect stereotypes of high school.

Anthony Michael Hall, the geek of the movie, makes a classic statement in the very end of the last few scenes. You just hear his voice in narration as Judd Nelson is leaving the school. Hall, in reading their "Assignment" for the day, tells Vernon, the principal "It doesn't matter who we think we are. You see us as you want to see us. We found that in each of us we are part Nerd, Athlete, Princess" etc, etc.
